## About the role

Serve as the primary technical support resource for our customer fleet, diagnosing and resolving complex issues with our all-electric RV systems Travel to provide on-site customer support across various US locations

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably with electric vehicles, RVs, or complex electromechanical systems
- Hands-on experience with electromechanical test equipment and tools
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multidisciplinary issues with little or no oversight
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and issues to a wide audience from engineering leaders to customers and non-technical staff
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70-80%) for the first 6-12 months, with ongoing travel requirements thereafter. Expect travel to decrease to 30-40% as service organization and network scales
