Our brokerage platform has taken huge leaps to scale into new markets and products. We are looking for a Brokerage Operations Specialist with a broad set of skills, who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help run daily brokerage operations, and as they build confidence contribute to improving for the benefit of our customers. This includes:

## What they're looking for

- Be curious and ambitious, with a desire to not just run, but improve the processes and products they touch and understand well
- Have a knack for numbers and code - find their way around a database using SQL, and with a record of using AI to accelerate their learning or work
- Highly reliable and of high integrity - can be relied upon for detailed work, and asking for help rather than risk making a mistake
- 2+ years of experience in a brokerage, treasury or financial operations role
- Knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority’s CASS regulations
- Solid knowledge of financial markets, custody and settlement practices
