## About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Partnership Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. You’ll help us scale our influencer, affiliate and partnership programs in general across CEE, focusing on sourcing, onboarding, and supporting new partners. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with clear growth opportunities into strategy and ownership. Research, identify, and reach out to influencers, publishers, and distribution partners who align with our brand and can help convert their audience into Lightyear users.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships or performance role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and develop new markets from scratch
- Interest in investing, fintech, or financial services is a plus
- Fluent with numerical data and performance metrics. (moderate command of spreadsheets/analytics)
- Fluent in English , proficiency in Hungarian, or any other CEE language is a plus
