## About the role

Own the quote-to-order-form workflow: accurate quotes, correct terms, and a clean path from verbal yes to signed and billed Build and run the deal approval and discount matrix, so Account Executives know what they can self-serve and what needs sign-off

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years in deal desk, order management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong command of the full quote-to-cash cycle, from pricing and approvals through order form and billing hand-off
- Comfortable building process from scratch: workflows, approval logic, controls, and documentation, without a playbook handed to you
- Sound judgment on the tradeoff between deal speed and control, and on sensitive pricing and deal information
- A clear communicator who can hold a deal conversation with an Account Executive, Finance, and a customer, and have each one walk away with what they need
- Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools, experience with usage-based billing, multi-currency, or CPQ is a strong plus
