Linktree is hiring a Content & Audience Insights Manager to turn audience signals, content performance, and proprietary data into sharper content ideas and business narratives.

## What they're looking for

- 5-7 years in audience insights, content measurement, marketing analytics, social intelligence, or research
- Experience building measurement frameworks, research plans, or audience-insight programs
- Experience partnering with Data Science or Analytics to define questions and request the right analysis
- Experience creating dashboards and reports, and reading and interpreting social data, social listening tools, search data, and audience insights
- A strong ability to separate signal from noise and explain what the team should do next and why
- Strong editorial judgment and the ability to recognize which findings are credible, differentiated, and relevant enough to become a story
