## About the role

The Executive Creative Director is responsible for defining and scaling Liquid I.V.’s creative vision, brand identity and creative operating model. This leader will establish the systems, talent, agency partnerships and creative standards required to deliver best-in-class work at the speed and scale of a modern consumer brand.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within consumer goods, health and wellness, beverage, or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience leading high-performing in-house creative teams in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in art direction, brand identity systems, packaging design, and integrated campaign execution
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, eCommerce platforms, and performance-driven creative development
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect creative decisions to business impact
- Experience leading hybrid in-house and agency creative ecosytems
