## About the role

The Agent Architect is a technical leader responsible for designing and building autonomous AI workflows (“agents”) that drive measurable ROI for clients. This role bridges the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution, ensuring that AI demo environments and client trials are configured for maximum success.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and Litify software
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration, Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
- 2+ years experience working on Salesforce Automations. Strong Flow knowledge with emphasis on record triggered flows, collections, loops, and working with and configuring 3rd party lightning components
- Project Management experience, you have experience running complex projects, uphold stakeholder expectations, maintaining scope, time & budgetary constraints
- Ability to handle multiple customers & tasks simultaneously and providing lightning fast responses for AI/Agentic free trials
