## About the role

Locate has an open position for a Transaction Manager supporting our national client base. You will own a defined book of existing client accounts and manage their real estate requirements from site selection through lease execution. You will direct outside brokers, negotiate directly with landlords and their agents, and maintain the accounts you manage.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Years of Experience: 1+ years in transaction management, brokerage coordination, lease administration, or a similar field
- Experience negotiating real estate deal terms
- Experience in financial analysis of lease terms
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CoStar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
