- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting products within a hardware-focused organization that designs, manufactures, and services complex products
- Experience in Engineering Change Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Configuration Management, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting PLM systems, including workflow management, product data governance, and engineering change processes
- Experience managing and governing Bills of Material (BOMs), item master data, revision control, engineering releases, and related product documentation
- Experience supporting PLM-to-ERP integrations and related business processes within a manufacturing environment
