## About the role

Your time will be split across four main areas: Operational Support, Onboarding & Application Administration, Documentation, and AV support. Operational Support (50%) : The IT program at Loft is designed to empower our users to do their best work.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of hands on IT support experience following industry best practices
- Strong end-user support skills and a customer-service mindset, with the ability to translate technical issues into plain language
- Attention to detail and experience running onboarding procedures
- Experience with internal corporate networking (DNS, VPN, VLANs)
- Experience administering SaaS environments and SSO technologies (Okta, Google Workspace, O365)
- Based in (or able to relocate to) the Golden, CO area, this is an on site role
