As a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer , you'll take ownership of mission-level electrical systems work across one or more active programs. You'll: This role is ideal for someone who wants breadth - comfortable owning system-level electrical scope end-to-end, with the flexibility to jump into board design work as needed.

## What they're looking for

- Strong experience in electrical systems engineering - including harness design, electrical schematics, and power allocation/distribution
- Ability to interpret ICDs and translate them into harness and interconnect designs
- Experience developing system component requirements and interconnect diagrams
- Ability to interpret EMI / EMC test plans
- Senior-level experience, with comfort acting as the primary electrical owner for a mission or program
- Comfortable flexing into some board design work as needed
