## About the role

Loft Orbital is making space simple by building and operating the infrastructure that enables our customers’ missions. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Infrastructure team and help deliver complex work efficiently and predictably.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of technical program/project management experience in SW and Service Operations
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Analytical mindset plus the ability to develop processes to address operational challenges, automating whenever possible
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing others without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop materials for an executive audience
