As our first dedicated internal AI builder, you will bridge the gap between complex operational bottlenecks and scalable, AI-driven solutions.

- Transferable Technical Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in business technology, systems analysis, process automation, business intelligence, or workflow optimization
- AI Builder Fluency: Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience building solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or modern AI agent frameworks
- Operator Mindset & Prioritization: Sharp analytical instincts with a track record of evaluating process ROI, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and taking ownership of end-to-end delivery
- Process Documentation & Enablement: Background in creating internal enablement content, technical documentation, or change management programs
