## What they're looking for

- 8+ years as a full-stack engineer, with a track record of owning both production frontend (React or similar) and backend systems. You’re as fluent in the UI layer as in APIs and data
- Experience leading technical direction for a team or product area, not just executing tickets
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and excited about building AI-powered capabilities into the product
- A strong hands-on collaborator with a bias to action. You lead from the front and help the team deliver on their estimates
- Deep experience with distributed systems and modern cloud architecture, and the judgment to choose the right tool for the job across the stack
- A track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team-wide technical practices
