## About the role

As an AI Tech Lead Manager / Engineering Manager you’ll lead a small team of engineers while staying deeply hands-on in the code. You’ll report directly to the Director of Engineering, owning both the technical direction of your team and the growth of the people on it.

## What they're looking for

- 5-7 years of software engineering experience, and you can still operate at the level of a senior engineer today
- Experience with TypeScript and tools such as GraphQL, Relay, React, and Node.js
- Experience working at early-stage companies where you shipped products end-to-end and wore many hats
- Excited to build with AI and apply it to real customer problems. No prior AI or machine learning background is required, you will learn our AI stack here
- At least two years of experience managing engineers, either in your current role or a previous one
- A track record of growing engineers and raising the bar of a team
