## About the role

Loop is seeking a Head of Payments to build and lead our client payments and treasury function as we scale. Reporting to the CFO, you will own liquidity and cash management, banking relationships, capital structure, and financial risk management — ensuring Loop has the financial infrastructure, controls, and visibility to operate with confidence across a global, multi-currency footprint.

## What they're looking for

- Build and lead Loop’s treasury function, setting strategy, policies, and controls for liquidity, cash management, and financial risk
- Own day-to-day cash operations, including all wire, ACH, and bank transfers, and authorize payments within approved limits
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify and drive initiatives to continuously automate and scale treasury systems, reporting, and payment infrastructure
- Develop and maintain cash forecasting models to optimize liquidity, working capital, and short-term investments
- Manage banking relationships and credit facilities, negotiating terms, fees, and services as Loop scales
- Manage foreign currency exposure and conversions across a global, multi-currency footprint, implementing hedging strategies where appropriate
