- 6+ years across virtual events, community programming, education, or developer relations, including time running a recurring live program that people showed up for week after week
- You've built and run a virtual program end-to-end inside an early stage or high-growth tech company: format, calendar, hosts, production, and follow-up
- A confident live host and facilitator: comfortable on camera, quick on your feet in Q&A, and able to make a session with 30 people feel as good as one with 500
- You've organized something with a start line and a finish line, like a hackathon, buildathon, cohort, or challenge, and know how to keep participants engaged through the middle
- Experience recruiting and coaching hosts and speakers, and turning enthusiastic community members into people who can run a session themselves
- Strong operator with production rigor: hosts booked, assets shipped, calendars accurate, recordings published, every week, without being chased
