## About the role

You'll lead Luma's regional sales — owning strategic accounts yourself while hiring and coaching a team of Account Executives — and place our creative AI technology with the world's leading brands and agencies. This is a player-coach role.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of sales with a track record of exceeding quota, ideally selling creative/marketing tools, MarTech, or media
- 3+ years of recent sales management, hiring and leading sales professionals
- Deeply networked in the region's advertising, brand, and agency ecosystem, with an active Rolodex of decision-makers
- A player-coach who'll close deals today and scale a team, comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage growth
- Based in the region, or willing to relocate
