- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Metallurgical, Plastics, or a related engineering field
- 2+ years of professional experience in an engineering, applications, technical support, technical sales, or production role

- Hands-on mechanical aptitude — comfortable with fixturing, tolerances, and how parts are actually made
