## About the role

Lumeris is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own both Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for Tom, our Primary Care as a Service (PCaaS) platform. In this high-impact role, you will design and execute integrated programs tailored to America’s largest health systems, driving engagement across complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years enterprise B2B demand generation experience (experience marketing to health system and healthcare provider group executives is a plus)
- Experience developing and executing automated marketing campaigns and lead nurturing using marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred)
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid and organic social, display, retargeting, and email
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, strategies, and tactics (LinkedIn in particular)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience using Google Analytics to track, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns
- Strong comprehension of SEO/AEO/GEO
