## About the role

The Business Management Office (BMO) within the Operations group serves as the central engine for cross-functional process governance, capability building, and operational transformation across the company’s full product lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a closely related technical or quantitative discipline
- 8 or more years of progressive experience in business process management, operational excellence, or management consulting roles within a technology company or similarly complex enterprise environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead full lifecycle process improvement and automation initiatives from discovery through sustained production operation
- Expert-level proficiency in process modeling standards and tools (BPMN 2.0, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or equivalent) and the ability to communicate process designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience working within or alongside enterprise systems including ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), ITSM (ServiceNow), PLM (Agile, Arena), and QMS (Arena) platforms
- Proven track record of delivering quantifiable operational outcomes: cycle time reduction, cost avoidance, yield improvement, or customer experience improvement in manufacturing or supply chain contexts
