We are seeking a DSP Engineer to join our growing team. This role combines deep digital signal processing expertise with hands-on hardware design experience to advance Lumilens’ measurement capabilities for ultra-high-speed serial data systems supporting AI infrastructure applications. The successful candidate will help improve the accuracy, reliability, and performance of advanced measurements and related algorithms, including work aligned with IEEE 802.3 where Lumilens has strategic interest.

## What they're looking for

- Strong expertise in digital signal processing for high-speed serial data measurements
- Hands-on hardware design experience for high-speed measurement systems, optical transceivers, or related photonics/electrical test platforms
- Demonstrated experience with advanced measurement algorithms, signal integrity, jitter analysis, and high-bandwidth instrumentation
- Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 measurement methodologies and optical communication standards
- Ability to translate complex measurement challenges into practical algorithms, tools, and hardware improvements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, research, and product teams
