Translate account audits and whitespace data into specific, actionable conversation priorities for each AE, so they know which product to discuss, with whom, and why now

- Collaborate extensively with CX and product marketing teams to prioritize, and segment high-value accounts based on cross-sell and upsell growth opportunities
- Partner with AEs to develop bespoke account-specific content for priority accounts, tailored QBR decks, executive briefing documents, and personalized outreach sequences
- Work closely with product marketing and content teams to develop compelling, tailored content that directly addresses the needs and challenges of our client accounts
- Establish clear KPIs and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness, utilizing insights to continuously refine and optimize ABX tactics
