## About the role

You'll own features end to end. You'll hear an idea from a customer conversation, then craft the data model and build the interface an advisor uses while sitting next to a client. (Then the customer will email support to tell them how valuable it is for them!) You'll work on features spanning document ingestion, knowledge graph generation, tax and wealth transfer modeling, multiplayer collaboration tooling, chat agents, complex diagram-based UI, and agentic advisory and trust administration workflows.

## What they're looking for

- Four or more years of software engineering experience, at companies with strong engineering practices, and ideally at startups. Beyond that:
- Comfortable across the stack. You enjoy doing data modeling in Postgres, building product functionality in Go, and building interfaces in React and TypeScript. That said, we know you'll lean one direction! We all do too
- Product-minded. You gather context, watch customers use the app, form opinions about what customers need and share them
- You communicate well. With half the team remote, overcommunication is the name of the game!
