## About the role

Design and implement core components of our identity sync pipeline, including the ingestion, transform, validation, and install stages that turn raw identity data into a trusted foundation other products depend on. Build and extend our sync observability framework, enabling reusable patterns for monitoring, alerting, failure detection, and operational tooling across a high-volume, integration-driven pipeline.
