## About the role

We are looking for a Clinic Outreach Specialist to join our team. This is a true cold-outreach role: you will be calling clinics across the U.S. (primarily Texas, North Carolina, and Georgia) that have not previously interacted with LunaJoy, introducing our services. Your goal is to generate interest, build initial relationships with front-desk and clinic staff, and open the door for our clinical and account teams to follow up.

## What they're looking for

- Proven experience as an outbound dialer/cold caller, ideally in a call center or BPO environment, with the ability to speak to real metrics (dials per day, conversion rate)
- Clear, easily understood spoken English suitable for phone conversations with U.S.-based clinic staff, C1/C2 level
- Comfortable with high call volume and consistent rejection throughout the day, this is sustained outbound dialing, not occasional warm outreach
- Strong ability to follow a script precisely and consistently, given the healthcare context of this role
- Experience using CRM tools to log and track outreach activity
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision
