## About the role

Program Managers (PMs) at Lunar Energy lead complex engineering programs from initial concept through to volume manufacturing. As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Intern on the Hardware Engineering team, you'll get hands-on experience supporting our products through bring-up testing, environmental and durability validation, failure analysis, and regulatory certification.

## What they're looking for

- You're currently pursuing a BS or MS in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Industrial, or related)
- You're passionate about accelerating the adoption of renewables and improving our energy infrastructure, and you're excited to learn how ambitious program plans actually get executed
- Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in an engineering or technical environment (e.g., a lab, a formula/Solar/Baja or other collegiate design team, or a research group) is a plus
- You communicate clearly, ask good questions, and follow up until things are resolved
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy collaborating across teams and levels in a fast-moving startup environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Excel is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you
