## About the role

Social is one of the most visible surfaces of the LP brand, and it's ready for a strategic owner. You'll set the direction for how LP shows up across every platform, from LinkedIn to Reddit, and turn that presence into a real growth channel rather than a content calendar that runs on its own.

## What they're looking for

- 4-6 years in social media or community management, with at least 2 years owning strategy rather than executing someone else's calendar
- Deep working knowledge of how platforms actually behave, not a one-size-fits-all approach to LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok
- Comfortable pulling and interpreting engagement, reach, and conversion data, and adjusting strategy based on what the numbers say
