## About the role

Lyft is looking for a bright, pragmatic, and self-motivated employment attorney with 4+ years of employment counseling and litigation experience to join our growing global Legal team. The ideal candidate will leverage their prior law firm and/or in-house experience to provide thoughtful, timely, practical and business-minded legal advice primarily to the professionals on Lyft’s Employee Relations and People teams across the globe.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years practicing employment law at a leading law firm and/or in-house, with experience and/or interest in advice and counseling
- Prior in-house experience and expertise supporting a global workforce is a plus but not required
- Active and in good standing with a State Bar and eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction where you are located
- J.D. from a top-tier law school
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful self-starter and have a passion for results. Embody Lyft’s culture, and operate with high standards and ethics
