## About the role

Lyft is hiring a bright, dynamic, and self-motivated attorney with at least 5 years of legal experience to join our Legal team. The successful candidate will be adaptable, driven, and energized by a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and no two days look quite the same.

## What they're looking for

- Law degree and membership in at least one state bar with good standing
- 5+ years of experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department, experience advising clients on tech product development and/or partnership integration is a strong plus, but not required
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
- Strong track record of working with a wide range of commercial agreements and customer-facing terms
- Willing and eager to take on new areas of law and function independently, while also being a team player who brings a positive attitude to the workplace in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Ability to think quickly, convey grace under pressure, and simultaneously manage multiple client priorities
