We are looking for a Senior Program Manager – HR Operations to drive operational excellence, process optimization, and scalable innovation. Sitting directly within HR Operations, this role serves as a key operational engine for modernizing how we work—focusing on business process design, seamless M&A operational readiness, and modern tool enablement (including practical AI and automation).

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience, specifically within HR Operations, HR Systems Transformation, or HR Service Delivery
- Experience with AI, HR Technology & Automation: Experience leveraging AI enabled tools and HR tech (e.g., LLMs, smart intake, automated routing) to optimize business processes
- Demonstrated M&A Experience: Hands-on experience supporting M&A activity, specifically around HR operational integration, system consolidation, and process harmonization
- Proven Technical Partnership: Track record of serving as the operational bridge between business teams and technical partners (e.g., Solution Architects, Product Managers, IT Engineers)
- Cross-Functional Change Management: Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, lead complex change initiatives, and inspire tool adoption across non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Data Privacy & Compliance Mindset: Deep appreciation for PII protection, data privacy standards, and regulatory considerations in employee operations
