## About the role

In partnership with our Director of Campaigns, design and implement strategic campaigns leveraging tactics such as rider and driver activation and engagement; earned, owned, and paid media; and leveraging, creating, and supporting coalitions and third party partners. Own and drive Lyft's short-term and long-term political contribution strategy in partnership with the Chief Policy Officer and Policy Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

## What they're looking for

- At least five years of experience working in political campaigns, legislative advocacy, PAC activities, corporate political affairs, or related fields
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign finance law and compliance
- Proven track record of building and scaling corporate PAC programs and political giving operations
- Strong understanding of political strategy, project management, budget management, and compliance
- Experience managing relationships with elected officials, political committees, and fundraising networks
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex political campaigns, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and manage internal relationships
