## About the role

This role supports 24/7 AV depot operations and requires availability to work day shifts, with hours scheduled between 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM, with alternating weekends with rotating weekdays off. Partnership Oversight & Accountability: Serve as the day-to-day point of accountability for our onsite repair partner, holding their technicians to agreed quality, turnaround, and certification standards across all shifts, and escalating gaps through the right channels before they affect fleet availability.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in fleet maintenance management, automotive service operations, or technical training leadership
- 3+ years of experience managing technical teams including hiring, training, performance management, and development of skilled technicians
- 2+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in automotive or fleet maintenance environments
- Proven expertise in electric vehicle systems, diagnostic procedures, and advanced automotive technologies (AV experience highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of maintenance management systems, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision making for fleet operations
