## About the role

As an Electrical Engineer at Elveo, you will function in many roles to use and expand your knowledge of electronics and PCB design. You will be given ownership of your project through the complete hardware development cycle. Along the way you will be responsible for circuit design, schematic capture, and layout of complex PCBAs. These boards often contain some combination of high-speed digital signals, high power DC-DC converters, and analog circuitry.

## What they're looking for

- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Strong grasp of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) in low-to-medium volume, high-complexity production
- Experience with multilayer PCB schematic capture and layout, as well as board bring-up and testing
- Experience designing systems for harsh environments (space, aviation, automotive, etc.)
- Experience with common low speed digital interfaces (I2C, CAN, UART, etc.)
- Experience with EMI/EMC best practices
