## About the role

As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor, you will serve as a vital clinical partner within our network, providing high-quality mental health support to corporate employees across various modalities. You will operate within a structured framework that prioritizes clinical integrity, timely documentation, and excellence in short-term, solution-focused therapy to deliver a premium care experience.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
- Certification: A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
- Experience Level: A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of your Master’s degree
- Specialized Background: Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred, alongside a profound understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
