## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in business systems, solution architecture, business process improvement, GTM technology, systems integration, technology consulting, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning complex, cross-functional business processes
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, system integrations, workflow automation, data flows, and systems architecture concepts
- Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem and familiarity with how CRM data models, automation, integrations, and adjacent GTM platforms work together
- Experience leading complex technology implementations or transformation programs involving multiple business and technical teams
- Ability to translate between business and technical audiences and constructively challenge both business requirements and proposed technical solutions
