## About the role

We are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to join our Provider Core Ops Systems Implementation team. In this role, you will lead and scale our Systems Architecture team, driving the operational strategy and multi-system integrations that power Lyra’s provider network platform.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related technical-ops function within a high-growth environment
- People Leadership: Proven track record as a direct people manager with demonstrated success setting operational roadmaps, delegating effectively, and mentoring team members
- Technical & Systems Acumen: Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, Jira, Zendesk, CredentialStream, etc.) and direct experience managing multi-system data flows and integrations
- Strategic & XFN Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to balance granular technical details with executive-level strategy while influencing cross functional stakeholders
- Operational Insight: Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational metrics to evaluate team performance and streamline system workflows
