## About the role

We are looking for an experienced mental health clinical leader with a passion for clinical quality and management to serve as a clinical quality manager and lead for our Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), an accelerated, comprehensive care experience that helps young people ages 7 to 25 feel better quickly from the comfort of home. The pediatric vIOP is a critical service for acute patients who need more than traditional, once-a-week therapy.

## What they're looking for

- PhD or PSYD in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited program
- Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States
- Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states or PSYPACT as needed to support program growth
- 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience
- 2+ years of experience in providing care and leadership in a high acuity (IOP, PHP, residential) setting
- 3+ years of experience in clinical supervision and training of evidence-based therapies
