## About the role

Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients, vIOP group sessions, and/or Psych Urgent Care appointments (14 bookable calendar spots) Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP ASW therapists

## What they're looking for

- Master’s degree from a clinical social work track (LCSW) from an accredited program
- Current unrestricted license to practice in California
- Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as needed to support program growth
- 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience
- Experienced in providing care in a high acuity (IOP, PHP, residential) setting
- Highly skilled in working with clients with severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high risk presentations
