## About the role

We are seeking a hands-on EHS Compliance Specialist to help manage day-to-day safety and environmental activities across our growing operations. This person will spend significant time in the field conducting inspections, checking conditions, and working with employees. They will also keep regulatory obligations organized and on schedule. - Experience in EHS, regulatory compliance, environmental programs, or a related role in an industrial setting
- Ability to interpret requirements, manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate records, and follow open items through completion
- Experience conducting site inspections and documenting findings and corrective actions
- Working knowledge of chemical handling, labeling, Hazard Communication, or hazardous-waste practices
- Confidence communicating with field personnel, management, vendors, and agency representatives
- Comfortable working independently both in the field and at a computer
