## About the role

Mach Industries is seeking a New Graduate Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) Engineer to support the development of next-generation autonomous defense systems. In this role, you will help design, simulate, test, and integrate algorithms that enable our vehicles to navigate, maneuver, and complete their missions. You will work closely with flight software, avionics, aerodynamics, propulsion, systems, and flight-test teams to take GNC capabilities from early simulation through hardware testing and flight.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Graduating by summer 2027
- Coursework or project experience in dynamics, controls, estimation, navigation, robotics, or flight mechanics
- Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C++, or a similar technical programming language
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, differential equations, and control-system fundamentals
- Experience gained through internships, research, academic projects, or student engineering teams
