## About the role

Mach Industries is seeking a New Grad Manufacturing Engineer to own the industrialization of our products for high-rate production. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Engineering, Build Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations teams to design, validate, and launch high-volume manufacturing systems using cutting-edge Manufacturing Engineering techniques. This role is focused on building at scale— delivering reliable hardware at speed.

## What they're looking for

- 1-3+ years of mechanical, manufacturing, build, or integration experience. Experience gained through project teams, research, internships, and professional roles qualifies
- Bachelor's degree in industrial & systems, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent experience
- Graduating with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree by December 2026 or January 2027
- Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
