## About the role

This is an entry-level role on the Accounting team for someone who is eager to learn and ready to be developed. You’ll support semi-monthly payroll processing, month-end close activities, compensation expense analyses, and help design and automate accounting workflows using AI tools and technology. With a clear mentor and a structured ramp, you’ll build the foundation for a long-term career in accounting. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days in office at the LaGrange campus.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Internships, part-time work, coursework, or relevant projects are a plus but not required
- Eagerness to learn, a growth mindset, and the coachability to take feedback and run with it
- Curiosity about technology and AI, and excitement about using new tools to make work smarter and faster
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel, or a clear willingness to develop strong Excel skills quickly
