## About the role

The ideal candidate is responsible for monitoring all day to day operations of the Itemized Bill Review team, collaborating across departments to ensure all SLA’s are met, and managing all routine client communication. They will coordinate with the Director, Itemized Bill Review to evaluate progression of team results, recommend process improvement solutions, and escalate any necessary issues to leadership.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years’ experience performing audits of itemized bills
- 2+ years’ experience in a leadership position
- Degree in nursing, healthcare administration or coding certification preferred
- Proven experience with healthcare industry software products and process development
- Experience managing multiple projects in a team environment
- Possess a broad and comprehensive understanding of audit standards, policies and regulations, applies a broad and comprehensive knowledge in areas including, medical chart reviews
