Magic Eden became one of the fastest companies in history to reach unicorn status, just 9 months after launch. We're now turning that momentum toward Dicey, a crypto-native casino and sportsbook platform we're building entirely in-house, not white-labeling someone else's tech.

## What they're looking for

- CA/CPA qualified with relevant post-qualification tax and compliance experience, exposure to US, Cayman Islands, or Costa Rica structures ideal
- 6+ years in Big 4 Audit/Consulting, including 2+ years PFIC experience
- Strong international tax knowledge, with PFIC rules/reporting experience preferred
- Experience with intercompany loan structures and related compliance/documentation
- Exposure to crypto/digital asset treasury and reconciliation a plus
- Experience operating across multiple entities/jurisdictions in a high-growth environment
