## About the role

We are looking for a Legal & Regulatory Strategist who thinks like a builder. This isn't a traditional 9-to-5 "compliance check" role. You will be a core thought partner to our Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, helping us navigate the complex intersection of global wagering, crypto-native assets, and hyper-growth. If you have lived and breathed the iGaming world and are tired of being told "no" by traditional corporate structures, we want to talk to you.

## What they're looking for

- You know the Industry: You have deep roots in the iGaming, Casino, or Sportsbook world. You understand how the "legacy giants" work, but you’re ready to build something faster
- You are a Lawyer by Training, an Operator by Choice: You have a law degree and operate on strong legal foundations, but you’re drawn to cross-functional work, embedded with product, engineering and business teams to solve problems in real time
- You Thrive in Ambiguity: You don't need a manual. You are comfortable building processes from scratch and making decisions with 70% of the information
- You’re a "Wartime" Partner: You have a high motor, you’re commercially savvy, and you thrive in environments where speed is a competitive advantage
