## About the role

We're hiring a founding Account Executive : the first person whose full-time job will be to grow our ARR by closing new businesses. Your mission is simple: sell CPA and tax firms a way out of the 100-hour weeks and build the sales engine that lets Magnetic scale from dozens of firms to thousands. This is a high-ownership, high-upside role for a real closer. While you’ll be supported by our Head of Growth, CEO and the rest of the growth team, essentially you will be the sole owner of net-new customer acquisition.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in a closing or full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, with a clear record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Experience running multi-touch, multi-week deal cycles with multiple stakeholders and potentially complex deal negotiations
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene — you know how to keep your pipeline accurate and take pride in it
- A high-ownership mindset: you notice what's broken and take responsibility for fixing it in a professional, strategic manner
- Comfort selling in an early-stage environment where the "right process" hasn't been finalized yet
