## About the role

As a Field Service Programs & Operations Engineer at Mainspring Energy, you will serve as a technical leader supporting the Operations & Maintenance organizations. You will bridge Field Service, Operations, Quality, and Engineering by translating field challenges into practical technical solutions, scalable service programs, and improved maintenance practices.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in Field Service, power generation, O&M, industrial maintenance, commissioning, reliability engineering, or a related technical environment
- Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, controls, or electromechanical systems
- Experience working directly with field technicians, maintenance personnel, or other hands-on technical teams
- Experience developing technical procedures, maintenance programs, tooling, or field solutions
- Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills
