## What they're looking for

- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, NPI, industrialization, product operations, or production engineering
- 10+ years of experience leading managers and multidisciplinary engineering organizations
- Proven success building and leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations through multiple product launches, production ramps, and periods of rapid growth
- Experience managing annual operating plans, capital investment strategies, and organizational growth
- Experience scaling manufacturing operations in high-growth technology and industrial product companies
