## About the role

We're looking for multiple Engineering Managers to lead one of several engineering teams. Whichever team you land on, you're the person who turns a roadmap into shipped, reliable software: you'll manage 5 to 6 developers, own delivery and quality for your team's area, and make the calls that keep a group of builders moving without losing the craft.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of software development management experience, with a track record of leading teams that ship
- A strong technical foundation: system design, computer science fundamentals, modern web technologies
- Experience with technical design, problem-solving, and project management (Jira experience preferred)
- A genuine interest in hiring, coaching, and developing engineers, not just directing them
- Comfort partnering with Recruiting and other managers to hire and scale the org
- Excellent communication: you can carry a tradeoff conversation with an engineer and a non-technical stakeholder equally well
